Werner H. Keller was admitted to practice in Ontario in 1989. For over ten years, he practised general business, insolvency and environmental law with the firm. Mr.Keller holds a chemical engineering degree (1981). He is a licensed professional chemical engineer. He obtained his masters degree in business administration (MBA) in 1987. Mr. Keller's practice focused on the purchase, sale, start up and financing of businesses, corporate governance and compliance, and entertainment law (performing artists). For the last few years, Mr. Keller's practice has included work in commercial litigation and class actions.
